In this workshop organized by PhD candidates for PhD candidates, participants will actively contribute to discussions on prevalent challenges related to work-life balance of PhD candidates, informed by a comprehensive overview of current research in the field of work stress and wellbeing. The afternoon session addresses practical strategies for sustainable work-life balance, covering topics such as time management, stress alleviation, and boundary maintenance. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have tangible takeaways to implement and enhance their work-related wellbeing. This workshop serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, fostering a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by PhD candidates and equipping them with practical tools for navigating the demanding landscape of academia.
