Content
The focus of this meeting is twofold. In the morning, PhD students who are conducting interdisciplinary research and/or working with practitioners will get the opportunity to present their research and receive feedback during the discussions. If students would like to present during this meeting, please send a short abstract (250 words) of what you would like to present.
We are open to all sorts of presentations depending on student’s need ranging from idea development to presenting complete papers. Given that this track meeting is focused on bridging social and organizational psychology, students are encouraged (but not required to) present or discuss challenges specific to this experience (e.g., not knowing how to frame a certain paper or presentation, being unsure about where to submit a piece of work etc.).
In the afternoon, we will have a guest speaker (or two speakers) who is conducting interdisciplinary research and/or working with practitioners. The guest speaker(s) will talk about their experiences and challenges and there will be plenty of room for discussion.

Literature
There will be assigned reading if the guest speakers ask students to read something in preparation. This will be announced before the meeting to ensure that students have enough time to read the assigned material.
Depending on the nature of presentations, students may be asked to read other students’ materials (e.g., abstract or paper) in preparation.
