Content, learning goals, preparation

During this research group meeting, you will share and discuss your own research related to social cognition / intrapersonal processes. We invite you to share your work, finished or ongoing. We are looking for PhD candidates to present work that uses (or could use) the social cognitive paradigm to answer specific research questions on intra-individual processes. From conspiracy beliefs to attitudes, from artificial intelligence to social interaction. The goal for all presentations will be to share your latest insights, get feedback on ongoing or finished projects, and discuss potential benefits and drawbacks of social cognitive methods. If you do not use social cognitive methods, the group will discuss how they could be involved in your ongoing or future research, and to which effect. During this meeting, we want to hear from you, the future of social cognition / intrapersonal processes! Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to discuss and identify a variety of social-cognitive methods to understand complex social phenomena, to understand their purpose for existing research programs, and to incorporate these methods within their own research programs.
