This workshop is an introduction to the Kurt Lewin Institute. PhD-students will be introduced to the KLI by the Teaching director (Jan-Willem van Prooijen, VU), Research director (Barbara Wisse, RUG), and the PhD-representative (Terence Dores Cruz, VU). A postdoc researcher will tell about their work experience after finishing their PhD, and the KLI's confidential advisor will give more information about scientific integrity. 
Furthermore, this day is also a good opportunity to get to know your peers who recently started their PhD.

This course is one of the two compulsary KLI courses you have to take during your PhD (the other being 'How to Publish and Review').
